For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, QRAXISS LIMITED is the data controller of personal data processed in connection with the Service, except where we process data on behalf of a customer (agency), in which case the customer is the controller and we act as a processor.

  • Platform data: publicly available information about TikTok live streamers (such as usernames, follower counts, and live activity) collected as part of the scouting functionality, processed on behalf of our agency customers;
